Terms of Service - Trident Velocity Engine

1. Acceptance

By using Trident Velocity Engine ("Trident", "the Software"), you agree to these terms. Trident is a product of qoliber ("we", "us").

2. License

Trident is proprietary software. Your license type (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, or Lifetime) determines which features you may use and on how many servers. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Trident to:

Cache and serve HTTP content for your own websites and applications
Use on behalf of clients (agencies, hosting providers) within your license scope
Integrate with your existing infrastructure and deployment pipelines

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Redistribute or sublicense the Software without written agreement
Remove or modify license keys or verification mechanisms
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

5. Lifetime License

The Early Adopter Lifetime License grants perpetual access to all features available at purchase and future updates, on a single server with unlimited domains. Custom feature development is subject to feasibility and our sole discretion on implementation timeline.

6. Warranty & Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Refunds

Professional and Enterprise plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Lifetime Licenses include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests should be sent to youneed@trident-cache.com.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
